Day 6, 22 March : Internet refused to turn on on my phone, so I’ve tracked my path on google maps. I ran this about 6 times, which makes it 1.3 kms. It was a short evening run with not a lot of exertion. But I followed it up with a half hour full body workout and that has really left my body craving for more.
Aah! The sweetness of some light muscle pain.

Day 5: It was a wonderfully cool morning. I ran much longer than I expected and boy, does it feel amazing! Yay!  Here’s to 95 more days of this. :)

Day4: Woke up late on this sunday, but by evening I realized that my body needed some activity. But shopping commitments with a friend didn’t give me enough time. But a solid half hour workout routine was followed by this short run outside my house (which I had to stop because my stomach was grumbling :p) . Lots of inclines are now making my calves feel great!
My speed has definitely improved. So I’m super glad about that. Lets hope I can make the decisive day 5 iconic. :D

PS: Runkeeper seems to have lost all sense of date and time. Sigh! Today is sunday, March 23

After the massive 5.6 km run on Day 1. The following 2 days have been slightly lame. Working late, sleeping late, laziness, the blinding sun etc. are my various excuses. But the rules of the challenge say that I must run everyday. So here is my count for Day 2 & 3.
Since it was too hot (Day 3) and too late (Day 2) for me to get out, I just ran up and down this incline right next to my house.
Tomorrow will hopefully be a better day. :) Ms. Optimistic signing out.

Has started a 100 days of running challenge. Which is super amazing. And I have decided that now is the best time to get back to running on a regular basis (even though its sweltering here in Hyderabad).
So apart from my usual photo updates,  you may see a map or two in the middle showing you my daily progress. Whoop!  :D

This is Day 1

Good morning

shiraziqbal:

Breaking in my first Wacom … Ta se Takat (S for Strength) … Salman Khan as Hanuman in two familiar Indian styles

1) Amar Chitra Katha style
2) Handpainted Bollywood poster style

Style explorations for use in my diploma project on masculinity. :) In the vein of the ideal boy posters, my installation will consist of an interactive equivalent of the ideal man (aadarsh purush). More soon. Since the point is to make the work accessible to the blue-collar Indian worker, the final style will be decided by a survey
